Scan and it is on the bill; scan twice and the quantity goes up. An exact barcode match always wins, so a scan never rings up the wrong item.
Stock that can't lie
Two counters cannot sell the last packet twice. Overselling is impossible. Every stock change records what moved, who moved it, when, and why.
Customer accounts, built in
Credit sales go on the customer's account automatically. Set a limit and the till stops the sale that would cross it. Overpaying is simply refused.
Suppliers and purchase orders
Record what you buy, track what you owe each supplier, and send orders by print, PDF or WhatsApp. One click turns a delivered order into stock.
Returns that do the maths
Customer returns refund the right share, tax included, and go straight back into stock and off the customer's account. Supplier returns bring your payable down too.
Sell by weight, or by the each
1.5 kg of rice is an ordinary line on the bill, and so is one bar of soap. Set the decimals per product; a scale that prints a weight barcode is scanned straight in.
Batches and expiry dates
Track stock in dated lots and the till always sells the soonest to expire. See what is going short-dated and what it is worth, and stop an expired box being sold at all.
Close the day, not just the sale
Open the drawer with a float, record what goes in and out, count it at close and see the difference. Print the Z-report and it is frozen.

Takings, real profit, top products, low stock and who owes you: all on one dashboard, in your currency, on your clock. Every bill remembers what the goods cost you that day.

Run an offer without touching your prices
Set a promotion on a product, a category or the whole shop for a window of dates. It becomes the shelf price while it runs, ends by itself, and the receipt strikes the old price through.
Card offers, applied at the till
“10% off on HBL cards” applies itself once the customer says how they are paying, and is never counted against the cashier who rang the sale.
A discount cap that binds everyone
Set the most any bill may be discounted. Going past it, or charging other than the shelf price, takes a manager's approval typed in at the till, and both are recorded.
